Use the console, file manager and SFTP

Use the browser panel for everyday controls and SFTP for larger or more complex file work.

Console

The console shows the running server process: startup output, warnings, errors, joins and game commands. It is usually the first place to check when a server will not start.

Do not paste passwords, API keys or private tokens into a support ticket just because they appear near an error. Remove secrets before sharing logs.

Browser file manager

Use the panel file manager for small configuration edits, quick downloads and routine file inspection. Stop the server first when a game writes heavily to the files you plan to replace.

SFTP

SFTP is the better path for large worlds, many mod files or bulk transfers. Use the SFTP credentials shown by the production panel and never share the owner password with a co-admin.

ImportantSubusers should receive individual scoped permissions instead of shared owner credentials.
